Pointing nips and pointy pine needles -
Pine needle tea is incredibly high in vitamin c and can be a wonder at keeping you well on calling trips !
To brew pick some pine needles of a safe pine tree like Scot’s pine .
Chop into smaller needles to allow the goodness to diffuse.
Leave to seep in boiling water for 15 minutes, you can adjust the water to needle ratio to taste !

It has made such a difference to my life already, hopefully soon I can move out the crumbling caravan into somewhere safer and of my own. Although I do love the caravan and probably could never sleep comfortably in a house again, at least I could move into one that hasn’t got mushrooms and ancient electrics 🫢-
I am in a house in this haha not to confuse ( it’s not my own but I was home alone )
